Meet The Angler, a hat inspired by a 1920's woman's fishing hat featured in theSporting Fashion: Outdoor Girls from 1800-1960 exhibit, which we got to see at the Frick Museum in 2021 and it blew our minds all the way out the door. I had to make this hat just to get my brain back together. The crown of the hat has a bit more shaping than the 1920's original, and the back brim can be worn flipped up or down. It's fully lined with a vintage cotton print. The body of sturdy waxed canvas is water resistant and will shape to your head over time, making a piece truly unique to you.
